Terms And Conditions

  1. We do not accept any returns or exchanges as we ensure our product are in good condition prior shipping out. 
  2. All goods sold are non-refundable.  
  3. All item will be sent through SingPost, the local mail provider. 
  4. We are not responsible for loss of items through normal post. Strongly advise registered postage to prevent lost of mail. If you wish to opt for registered post, kindly reply in our confirmation mail to let us know. Additional charges will be apply for registered post. 
  5. We are not responsible for damages (eg. cracks or discoloration) during course of mailing, but we do check our items that they are in good condition before mailing. 
  6. Meetups only at our convenience.Suggested timing are City Hall MRT, Monday- Friday,6.40pm or Jurong Point, Monday-Friday,7.30pm
  7. Please understand that you will need to arrange the timing and venue at least 2 day in advance if you opt for meetup because we have a full time job. 
  8. Buyer should allow within approximatly 1cm discrepancies for the measurements stated due to different ways of measurement. 
  9. Buyer should accept slight colour difference due to different monitor's resolution. 
  10. Our price are nett and priced in Singapore Dollar. 
  11. We accept payments via POSB/DBS bank transfer- Internet/ATM Fund Transfer 
  12. All information that your provide us with will be deemed personal and will kept confidential. 
  13. Payment shall be made within 24 hours after placing order.
